Rocks Rips & Reefs is a water education program sponsored by the San Diego Council of Divers and the San Diego City Lifeguard Service.

On Saturday mornings from May to September, we meet at various dive sites to learn how to dive more easily and safely. At each session, an on-shore briefing (10-15 minutes) is followed by an in-water snorkel tour of the dive site.
